SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

All BAD BUREAU pieces are printed on demand. We do not make your garment until you order it; this keeps inventory lean and avoids overproduction.

Processing time
Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. During peak drops or carrier delays, it may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.

Shipping rates and destinations
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. We currently ship to the United States only. Any customs, duties or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, or your order appears stuck in transit for more than 10 business days, email orders@badbureau.us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Returns, exchanges and replacements

Each BAD BUREAU piece is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or change of mind when the item arrives as described.

We will replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong design or size compared to what you ordered.

Eligibility window
You must contact us within 30 days of the order being delivered to report any damage, misprint or incorrect item. Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for replacement.

How to request a replacement

Email orders@badbureau.us with your order number.
Include clear photos showing the issue (for example, print error, damage or wrong item).
We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm next steps.

If your replacement is approved, we will produce and ship a new item at no cost to you. We may ask you not to return the original item, or we may provide a return label depending on the situation.

Items with no clear defect, misprint or fulfillment error
Orders where the wrong size was selected despite accurate sizing information on the product page and in the Size Guide

Refunds
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund back to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
